Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) Launches New Way to Report Food-Related Illnesses
The state health department now has a centralized system to collect information about illnesses that you suspect are related to food. If you or a family member has a food-borne illness, it is important to report it to public health officials. When you complete the online form, the information goes to MDPH where it is reviewed and shared with local health departments for follow-up. Visit Report My Meal to learn more.
