Public Health Nursing
The Public Health Nursing Program of the Cambridge Public Health Department focuses on communicable disease prevention and control, including response to recent health threats such as COVID-19, SARS, and bioterrorism.
School Health Services
School health services are provided by the Cambridge Public Health Department through an agreement with the Cambridge Public Schools. The School Health Program is dedicated to helping students in grades K–12 stay healthy and in school so they can reach their academic potential.
Cambridge Healthy Smiles
The Cambridge Public Health Department’s Cambridge Healthy Smiles program provides free oral health education and screenings to children in Cambridge.
Social Justice & Health Equity
Improving health equity for Cambridge students and families is key to addressing barriers to care and reducing health disparities among Cambridge Public School students.
