  • For all health related Covid-19 inquiries, please call 665-3826, leave a message and someone will get back to you, or visit the health department's Covid-19 page or mass.gov
  • If you received a Covid-19 test in Cambridge and would like to receive your test results, or have a question about testing, please call 617-362-8308 or email covid@proems.com with your name and date of birth in the request and someone will be in contact with you.
  • For Cambridge businesses looking to report a case to the public health department, please fill out and submit this form.
  • If you are calling about the Covid-19 vaccine, please note that all Massachusetts residents age 12 and older are now eligible for a vaccine and can sign up for a vaccine appointment on vaxfinder.mass.gov. All current vaccine information can be found at mass.gov
