Anyone who lives or works in Cambridge is welcome to join Fitness Brothers. Recruit a team of up to four guys. Men of all ages and abilities are eligible.
Fitness Brothers is free.
It's up to your team, as long as everyone is working out twice a week, for 10 weeks. You could try basketball, walking, fitness stations at parks, working out at your gym, cycling, jumping rope, lifting weights at home, climbing stairs, jogging, or something else. You can change it up whenever you want. You decide.
Attend one of the orientation sessions in September, and receive your manual and important information to get your team started.
